Need to increase field length to 11

I have an Employee ID field in TCC I need to increase to 11 characters

Hi there,

I am trying to make the length of a field always =11 by adding leading zeros to whatever value is pulling.

This is the code I have tried and it produces zero results in the field (the field is blank).
