Report that shows Payables Invoice Approver name, Initiated by , Validated by values

We are trying to build a report in Payables that shows Invoice details along with Approver name, Initiated by, Validated by Values

We are trying to build a dashboard with all the Invoice details that are processed daily by BU along with the WHO columns like Created by , Initiated By, Validated by, Approver name etc.  I tried to search in OTBI subject areas but couldn't find the attributes I am looking for.  Tried with BI Publisher as well but couldn't find the related Approval tables that has the info.  In R12, there's ap_invoice_pkg where we can pass input values like Invoice_id etc. and get the approval status and other values.  But I don't see the related table / subject areas in
