How to handle the IACET requirements? Credits for a group of trainings completed?

We are implementing Learn and we are an IACET accredited provider. We would love to hear how other admins have set up the training items to meet all the requirements. The big one we are facing is how to assign credits when a groups of training items are completed. We thought we could do this with a Learning Plan, but we can't link LPs to credits or even put a custom field on an LP.
Example: We have a Learning Plan with 8 courses and assessments and they have to complete and pass all 8 in order to get the credits hours.
