Good afternoon, I am very new to Learn and I am being tasked with creating a Learning Plan / Path for new hires. We have 5 online courses and one ILT course that are mandatory for all new hires. 

Is the appropriate place to start with the Job Profile? Does anyone have a similar Learning Plan and instruction on how they developed it?
