Unable to connect using Financial Reporting Studio

Hi All,

Installed the Financial Reporting Studio from the development instance.

Ran the application as administrator. Trying to login using the user name, password and URL (bi)

We are getting the below error message:

"You are not authorized to use this functionality. Contact your administrator."

Any help is highly appreciated.
