UPK Imsmanifest.xml missing

Publishing my upk and the imsmanifest.xml is missing

I have been publishing UPK and wheni try to import into learn-it states that my ims.manifest.xml file is missing.

When i look into the file the only thin I can see is imsmanifestkpath.xml- any ideas?
