Supervisor Account vs Supervisor Role

I am looking for an explanation as to why Supervisor Role has been introduced, what are the benefits? and will Supervisor Accounts be removed?

Hi All,

I am looking for some more information on Supervisor Role vs Supervisor Account, in what circumstances would you use one over the other? Our system is currently configured to automatically assign Supervisor accounts to users who have reporting staff, will this change with the introduction of Supervisor Roles?
