Vacation Rules Not in BPM

Did the Vacation Rules get moved recently in R10?

We are on R10, upgraded in May we utilize the vacation rules in BPM to redirect approvals while Managers and HR are on vacation.  It appears they are no longer in the BPM under properties.  Is there any information on this change, and how to setup the redirect?
