Hello -

We currently have an open ticket with Oracle Support to help troubleshoot a few courses within our LMS that are not consistently tracking course completion.  The courses are needed to support training for a HUGE upcoming initiative for our company.

During our troubleshooting efforts, we've evaluated courses that are working against the courses we are having issues with and have found a few differences as described below:

  1. Courses were developed using two different types of software (Articulate and Captivate 9).

  2. Courses were developed using two different types of devices (PC and Mac).
