Performance Document each task status

Hi All,

We need to display Task Status in each level of the Performance Document in BIP (BI Publisher).

For ex: We have different task flows like Worker Self-evaluation, Manager evaluation of worker and Final feedback in performance document.

We need to display status of the each task through SQL query. Kindly let me on know which tables holds this information.
