Summary

Reporting on candidate counts in the CSW

Content

Hello All,

I would like to create a report that includes #candidate counts for gender, ethnicity, veteran, disability, within a certain step in the CSW.

Example Report Criteria:

Requisition #

Title BL

Current Step Name

#Submissions Currently In 1st Interview

#Submissions Currently In 1st Interview (Column Heading changed: #Gender Diverse Submissions Currently In 1st Interview)

I modified the formula to read: "Candidate Counts"."# Submissions Currently In 1st Intv."-"Candidate Demographics"."# Candidates Male" in hopes that the results would generate a count that only included candidates who self-identified as “Female”.

Unfortunately, the results generated negative numbers for the entire column. Mathematically the calculations are correct, but the logic it’s not. What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions on the best way to gather this data?  Any input is greatly appreciated!

Howdy, Stranger!
