My Task Widget instant 'assigned' mapped items

My Task Widget not behaving like the Current User's to be completed (training) DO

Hi,

Does anyone know if the My Task Widget suppose to behave like the Current User's to be completed (training) DO? Currently, when I map myself to a Learning Plan it appears instantly in the My Task Widget. However, when mapping a WBT course onto a Skill then assigning that skill to a user it doesn't appear in the My Task Widget. For testing purposes, I have the My Task Widget and the Current User's to be completed (training) DO side-by-side. In the DO, the mapped item appears in the list. However, as previously mentioned the same mapped item doesn't appear in the My Task Widget.
