Hello -
We've created a really nice certificate with a background image included. The certificate displays well when viewing within the LMS but when trying to print the actual certificate, requires several steps for our users to update their printer settings in order for the background image to display properly and the header/footer URLs not to display.
Does anyone have any HTML code or recommendations on how to enhance the code so the certificate displays properly (in PDF format) without the user needing to update their printer settings each time?
