Error messages when candidate clicks the Proceed button on a drafted application

I've heard from a few applicants that they are receiving error messages after logging into our Career Center and clicking the Proceed button on a  drafted application, so wondering if anyone else has had any similar reports?  I submitted a MOS-SR; they offered advice -- ask the applicants to remove the job and try again (reapply)....which feels a bit awkward since (I think) a draft is so you don't have to start at square one....

Would love to hear from others on how draft applications are working for them....
