Experience of System Performance

I would like to ask fellow HCM users about their experience of the systems performance.Content
We've been live with HCM for nearly 5 months, and one of the aspects of the system that we've found to be frustrating is a perception around slow responses in the UI, and a general 'sluggishness' to use a technical term!
The user activity is low, as we're only using the Performance module at present, but we are rolling out CoreHR and Payroll so we don't want things to get worse when we start to push the system a bit more. I am also keen to ensure that the user experience is as positive as possible to drive good adoption in using the new application.
