We have chosen not to move ahead with the Compensation module - as it is far more complicated than our agency needs at this time..

We would however, like to have a section in our Performance Reviews where the Manager gets to make a merit increase/no-change recommendation (a copy block at least, but perhaps a yes/no to increase and then a suggested %/amount)..

This field/information would need to be visible by the Review Approver, but NOT VISIBLE to the employee..

Anyone have any ideas how I can make this happen and integrate into the existing "Overall Comments" section of the Review page layouts?
