We have identified, a client audit, that certain training and skills must be repeated or refreshed. Recurrence exists in the LMS now with both skills and Learning Plans. Our recurring training that is made up of courses is covered with recurring Learning Plans but not with Tracks as they do not work in LP recurrence.
However we have been using special enrollments to trigger skills completion. These are demonstrable events that are submitted by the employees’ supervisor and will work for one time skill acquisition. Skills that must be repeated or reoccur the enrollment trigger will NOT work.
