Home Page View isn't what I would anticipate

We have a new General Admin User who has a different home page view than we have set up in the system and others in her same role have.  She does not have tabs across the top (REquisitions, Candidates, OnBoard, Employees, etc), rather she has a button in the upper right hand corner called the Navigator where she finds these.  She also doesn't show our company logo as all others do.

I'll submit a SR about this as well, but wondering if any of you fellow TBE folks may have an idea of why this has occurred.
