Is there a way to include the end date data in a report.

I am hoping that there is a setting I can change...  I am getting multiple reports from my users that BI Reports is not including all the data in a report.  For example we have a report for a learning plan that we pushed out via My Teams.  Supervisors are running the report and complaining that the data is incomplete.  After some testing we discovered that when a supervisor puts in a data range, completions that carry the end date are not included. For example a supervisor runs a report on a certain learning plan and puts in the parameter
