Hello,

Can someone please share if the External Training form can be edited or modified? My organization is looking to shift away from paper based record folders but are not comfortable with the External Training form in its current state. We'd like to remove a few items, and if possible, enable a first/last name dynamic entry as opposed to users manually inputting their name.
