I can't find my notes on cleaning up a link to an online course.

I can't find my notes on cleaning up a link to an online course.  Can someone please assist me with cleaning up the session ID and User ID.  One user sent a link to another and the link works without requiring the 2nd person to log in.  Also gave him full access to be able to change the PRQ and password for owner of the account.

We can't have that happen.
