What is it ?

The Data Lineage (DL) Guide is a spread sheet that provides a mapping of OTBI Subject Areas and their Presentation Columns, i.e., the attributes and metrics used for report building on the one hand  and the transaction database tables and columns on the other and everything in between. Between the Subject Area Columns and the source database columns are the 'View Objects' or VO's that provide the abstraction layer on top of the source database. The VO names are provided as well.
