Expression Language - escaping single quote

We are trying to write some expression language that checks bindings.Name.inputValue, however, this value includes a single quote, so the code won't validate because of the single quote.

For example, the code we have:

#{bindings.Name.inputValue == 'Name we are checking with a ' single quote'  ? 'resultIfTrue' : 'resultifFalse'}

We have tried using some escape characters, but they don't appear to work

Using backlash ( \' )

Using HTML esacpes (' or ')

Is there another way to be able to look up this name with the single quote?
