Summary

I was wondering if anyone has come across any issues with emails when you turn on the Notifications with Approvals?

I was looking into turning on the notifications when using approvals and I have been searching for any issues that may have come up.  I am trying this is my test enviornment and my concern is that if I turn on the Notifications using emails all the changes that have been done will be activated and emails will go out to everyone.
