Hello -

We have created a new role under Supervisor Roles. And there are a couple individuals who we are not able to add to the role. We go through all the necessary steps to add them. Since they are not technically a supervisor, we manually add them to the Supervisor Account. They then appear in the default Supervisor Role. The final step is that we want to add them to a supervisor role we created. But when we try to add them to the role, it simply does not. We see their name listed, we click the checkbox to choose them, click Return selected, but
