Learning Plan - Deactivate

Inactivate all actitivities in the Learning Plan and Inactivate the Learning Plan

We had created 6 learning plans that contained on-demand courses, assessments and assignments in each of them. Our leadership team would like us to inactivate these learning plans as we are developing a new overall plan. Since we did not have many users complete the learning plan it has been requested that we remove any assignment, assignment, learning plan etc. so that the end user, mapped users and/or managers are no longer able to search and/or enroll and/or assign the learning plan to anyone. Basically remove it as if it never existed.
