Prevent unsuccessful candidates from applying again

We need to prevent unsuccessful candidate based on a specific step and status from reapplying again

Hi All,

 

I know that this post is quite old. I have the following requirement from my client:

1) Prevent unsuccessful candidate only specific to one career portal  from applying to any job requisition on any of the career portals for a set period: 6/12 months.

2) The criteria should be flexible enough to include a definite step and status for such action to happen.

 

Please could you provide any thoughts on this?
