hi there

I have a requirement in performance management where in the worker or manager  should be able to initiate a Performane document and start recording the comments. The comment added by worker should be visible to Manager and vice versa. This sould act as a living document through out duration of the document window say quarter and the worker and manager should be able to update the comments as an when required. Is there a workaround to achieve this
