Reporting issue after 16C Upgrade to Stage zone

We are not receiving any notifications for the reports in our mails.

Hi,

 

After upgrade to 16C on staging site, we are not getting notification mails for the reports that contains its link for BI Reporting. Also, in Report Builder, "Notify Me when the report has completed" check box is not available.

Have anyone faced the same issue?
