How to populate F_ASSIGNMENT_VO.dat file for loading annual leave accrual adjustments

We want to upload annual leave accrual adjustments e.g. carry over and holidays bought.  We will be doing this via FBL and I understand that we need to populate F_ASSIGNMENT_VO.dat file.  Can anyone provide guidance as to how I can extract the required fields from the Fusion system (R11)?  The data required for the file is:

PERSON_ID
WORK_TERMS_ASSIGNMENT_ID
TYPE
PROCD_DATE
VALUE
PER_ACCRUAL_ENTRY_DTL_ID
WORK_TERMS_NUMBER
PERSON_NUMBER
PLAN_NAME
PLAN_ID
ADJUSTMENT_REASON
