Have any of you implemented the language packs in HCM Fusion?  If so, I’d like to hear about your experience.

Some of the questions I have are as follows;

How did you manage the process internally (deployment, testing etc.)? 

What was the number of resources assigned to the implementation? 

What was the overall timing from beginning to end?

What were the key leanings after the implementation?  Is there anything you would do differently?

Any information that you can share would be extremely useful.
