Anyone else having major issues with the Learning Plan widget after 16C?

I am having some major issues with My Learning Plan Widget after the 16C release. I can't view a card view (In LP widget or My Tasks Widget). I cannot open learning plans or launch courses at all (In LP widget). I'm not sure if this may have something to do with our code clashing with the widget update or the widget update itself.
