  • Manually enter invoices into the system
  • Check invoices against POs or other internal documents
  • Check weekly check payments for suppliers
  • Process employee expense reports
  • Handle internal and external inquires by replying to email or running ad hoc reports
  • Help with bookkeeping/reconciliation

OR

AP Managers: Do you do any of the following?

  • Paying invoices on time, optimizing cash flow, reducing operational costs
  • May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action
