ISSUE: Resource Manager Timing out and not following configuration rules.

Resource manager is timing out very fast not following the rules set in configuration.Content
Anyone else experience a much much faster session time out when using resource manager. It is not following the configuration rules we have set for the LC and no warning is occurring.
