Integration not accepting import file

Every two weeks my organization brings on new employees and part of that process involves our integration team pushing a new user file to Learn. It has been working without issue but the last two groups failed to import. Two weeks ago the team had to send the file again, and it looks like the same step will be required today. Is there some place in Learn where I can check on the status of this process and determine why the file did not import?
