Customer Requirement: Ability to define different approval rules for country shared services to centrally manage personal information changes created via Employee Self-Service.

Implementation Considerations:

  1. Use of custom job role for approvers to use Request Information action (Note: Request Information action on approval notification is not available to application role).
  2. There must be a default rule, when all conditions are not met, set at the lowest priority.
  3. For expatriates with home and host assignments, the workflow retrieves the latest legislative code for routing the correct approval rule.
