Customer Requirement: Ability to define different approval rules for country shared services to centrally manage personal information changes created via Employee Self-Service.
Implementation Considerations:
- Use of custom job role for approvers to use Request Information action (Note: Request Information action on approval notification is not available to application role).
- There must be a default rule, when all conditions are not met, set at the lowest priority.
- For expatriates with home and host assignments, the workflow retrieves the latest legislative code for routing the correct approval rule.
