Year-Over-Year Ratings on the Profile

Summary

How to tell a manager's rating is confirmed for the year

Content

We're having trouble differentiating in the data whether ratings are accurate to that year, or the manager just hasn't gone into the system yet this year.

Our Business Process:
  • Year 1
    • Managers enter ratings (Talent Scores) on their workers via Team Talent > Career Planning tab > Edit Career Planning tab
    • HR uses these ratings to conduct Talent Review Meetings, both in and out of the system. Ratings are calibrated in the system accordingly.
    • The rating active at the end of the year is the worker's "final rating"
  • Year 2
    • Managers need to again enter ratings for that year (Talent Scores), which could either be the same or a different rating than last year

Howdy, Stranger!
