Request clarification on the structure of Product SSO Deep Links

Learn Product Managers:

Hi.  We are moving from a Custom SSO to Product SSO and have been testing Product SSO in our Learn Training non-Production environment.  Today I started a series of tests for page deep links.  I confirmed with online help that the structure for a page deep link with Product SSO is: https://ABCCustomer.learn.taleo.net/learncenter.asp?id=178410&page=1 (for the home page).  However, this structure does not work.  I've tried variations for our TRNBAH environment by varying 178410 to 178409 but still no luck.  I keep getting an SSO message that I have been logged out.

Howdy, Stranger!
