FLSA Overtime in T&L vs. Payroll

edited Dec 14, 2016 6:01PM in Workforce Management 1 comment

Summary

Seeking guidance on best practices for managing FLSA overtime

Content

I'm currently working on a project implementing both T&L and Payroll. Questions have arisen around the use of FLSA overtime functionality in Payroll as compared to applying the same rules to time entered on the timecard. Can anyone share approaches they've taken in the past? I'm interested in hearing more about the pros and cons of each approach and any lessons learned.

Thanks!
