Users not receiving course completion

Our LearnCenter is having issues with generating course completions for users. I've submitted a service request but was hoping that someone might have a few tips or suggestions on items to check.

We use both Captivate and Storyline for authoring tools, but the issue seems to be limited at this time to Storyline projects. Regardless of whether it is a replacement of an existing course, or one created from scratch, users can complete the course but not see this reflected on their transcript. What further compounds the issue is that every course will initially work and provide the appropriate trigger upon completion. We've noticed that after a period of time - roughly 48 hours - the problem begins and completions are no longer generated. I'd appreciate any thoughts or suggestions on things
