Need a report with Enrollment Pre-status of Deleted

Follow-up for bulk uploader into enrollments

When the user enrollment bulk uploader is used and the enrollment does not have a waitlist or waitlist slots, the system puts them into a Deleted pre-status.  I need a report that lists the enrollment and users with the deleted pre-status so we can change the status.  Even when I filter by pre-status equal to deleted, I don't get any results, even when there are users with this status in the system.
