Issue with Custom Springboard Icon

Summary

Need to create a custom springboard icon under About me category. The landing page must be the same as of Talent profile icon.

Im currently creating a custom springboard icon under About me category.

The landing page must be the same as of Talent profile icon.

 

I have created a page entry through the Structure and provided the Link type,  focus view id , web application and secured resource name same as Talent profile.

 

Link type: Application page

Focus view id: /FndOverview

Web application: hcmCore

Secured resource name: /WEB-INF/oracle/apps/hcm/profiles/core/publicUi/fuse/flow/PersonSkillsFlow.xml#PersonSkillsFlow
