I need an EL Expression that will remove a task from the line managers homepage

In Fusion R11, when a manager clicks the My Workforce grouping on the home page (to access Workforce Structures) they also see the New Person task. We have removed a managers access to view the new person task so if they click it, it displays a blank page.
We want to remove the task icon from the line managers home page. We have tried to remove the duties etc. but we are experiencing a couple of issues (an SR has been raised). Can anyone provide me with an EL Expression that I could apply to the structure settings, that will remove the task for the Line Manager but retain it for the HR Specialist?
