Details of what changed in HCM Approval Transaction

Can you see what fields changed in approval task?

If we turn on approvals for "Manage Person" can the approval email or notification contain what details were changed?  Example would be last name changed from "xyz" to "abc".  If so can someone point me to some documentation on how to set this up? I know how to enable the approval but I'm not seeing these details in the approval task. We are using R11 of Fusion HCM.
