Hey folks, I need your help if you can provide it. I implement Learn and have been asked to develop an "External User Scope Document" as well as an "Assessment Delivery Scope Document". I've been doing implementations for two years and never have I run across this requirement...I've already generated a user guide which includes how to create assessments...that was not what they had in mind...does anyone know if these documents exist...even if for other Taleo Modules, I could use them as a template for creating these, because I don't think they exist...Jim I'm lookin' at you...lol
