Session Deactivation Resulting in Enrollment Deactivation

After receiving a complaint that an enrollment had been cancelled I ran an audit report (Modify Enrollment). The name that corresponded to the time when the emails were sent was not the person who deactivated the enrollment. The person who deactivate actually deactivated the sessions and as a result the enrollment but there is no session modification Audit report. The strange thing is that her (the session deactivator) name appears no where on the reports and the notification emails were not generated for several hours. Is there anyway I can trace this because this is a serious audit issue if
