OTBI Report Filters not working in our Production Environment ?

I have copied a report from Preprod using Archive / Unarchive to Prod.

When I run the report in Prod it does not accept the report filter: and I get the error below (yet it should return data as it exsists).

The report runs fine in our Preprod environment from which I am copying the report from. Any ideas why this happens ?

The error we get in Prod when I run the report is:
