Can anyone help explain how the recurring learning plan reporting works? Here’s what I’ve done – it’s all in test so there’s nothing at stake other than my comprehension of it!

I have an online course that needs to be completed twice within a six month timeframe. I’ve created a recurring learning plan – I had one user complete the item (an online course) in the learning plan by its required due date and this completed the learning plan and triggered the recurrence. I had another user complete the item
