We just hit one of those bumps of being on the cloud and didn’t appear until we were in Production as that particular Business Rule was not run prior to the production update.

I would very much like to get some insight on how your teams manage the cloud updates and the processes you use to ensure you are going through enough of the application to ensure a smooth transition to production.

We are a small team and do have many time constraints, but also need to get a better handle on this part of the maintenance.
