User ID 0 (zero) who is this and why are they logging into my learn center

Summary

User ID not in the User data view, but in the User Login Progress data view

On the user login progress data view there is record of a user logging in with a user ID of zero. This doesn't match any ID in the user data view.  My integrations and such show as a valid UserID, so ruled that out.  The login times are not consistent, so doesn't seem like its an automated process.

 

Anyone know what this is?
